Nicknames: Ralphie (not often used, but some neighbours call him that)

Favourite toy: He has many toys and plays with most of them. They are kept in a basket in the kitchen and he picks as he pleases (but never returns them!) Champagne bottle, sheep cushion, big fluffy kong duck, fox, rabbit, bear and ‘penguin head’ squeaky ball 
Food & treats: His diet is strict to avoid any digestive issues with a sensitive stomach – Dry food: Royal Canin Hypoallergenic or Gastrointestinal, Wet food: Royal Canin Gastrointestinal, also cooked mince meat, chicken breast, turkey mince, occasionally lamb’s liver with cooked peas and carrots always mixed with the dry food above. The only treats he likes are dry chicken fillets (Tesco or Carrefour), non hide chicken bones (UK), duck pretzels (from France) 
Likes: Sitting in the lounge in front of the enclosed log fire on cold days and nights, calm and quiet environments, sitting on the sofa to watch TV, begging to eat our food, rolling his back on the lawn, running around in the back garden, chasing the fox, travelling to the French coast in the car, walks, going to boutiques and  sitting in cafes, going to restaurants, classical music, snoring, preening, bathtime 
Dislikes: Fireworks and exhaust backfires, arguments or raised voices around him, dogs trying to attack him when he’s just walking on the streets minding his own business, being away from us when we go on holiday, treats being offered to him by strangers, hysterical little dogs barking at him for no reason 
Personality: Passive and calm dog, loving, funny, popular with the grandchildren 
Fun Fact: Full of character and personality, thinks he’s human and changes facial expressions depending on his moods. Ralph was born in Occitanie, France and has dual Pedigree registration from France (Central Canine) and the UK (Kennel Club)
